A CURRICULUM LEARNING ACTIVITY

Carly has planned a learning activity for the class for the Creative Arts curriculum learning area.

Year 6 will spend the art lesson gathering items of nature of various textures and dimensions from the playground to construct a collage as a classroom project. In groups of 3, students will survey the playground and collect at least 6 artefacts of nature that play different roles in nature and have varying textures. Examples include feathers, pieces of bark, various leaves and stones.
